I have been there….
I’ve gone through my own struggle of trying diet after diet, doing hours of cardio, body image issues and the frustration of feeling like I’ve tried everything! I would jump from one thing to the next, sometimes getting results, sometimes not.
I was always obsessed about weighing myself on the scale almost everyday, sometimes even twice a day – this would either give me a boost in confidence or it would make me feel like poop (I’m putting in so much effort and I’m NOT losing weight?)
If the results weren’t coming fast enough, I lost motivation, fell off track and would lose all my progress if any in matter of days.
I get it. It’s so easy to want to give up and lose motivation.
After my own struggles and seeing so many other woman experience the same frustration, I decided to do something about it. Nobody deserves to feel lost, frustrated, depressed and ashamed of themselves – especially in their own body.

I am a transformational coach and help women create life-long changes in their bodies and minds. I am here to provide you a foundation to living a healthy and active lifestyle, and to simply love whom you see in the mirror. Fitness has been part of my life since I was 12, I was always active or playing sports like track, soccer and basketball and eventually CrossFit.
I started doing personal training in 2011 because I was passionate about helping woman create a healthy lifestyle.
In August of 2013 I decided to do something different and that’s when I entered my first NPC Bikini competition, two shows later and I achieved IFBB Pro Status as a bikini competitor.
Getting involved in the sport is what has given me the opportunity to meet so many great athletes and people in the fitness world. This has also given me great opportunities with a variety of amazing sponsorships and now running my own business. I believe all challenges in life are opportunities for growth.
When I made the choice to live a healthier lifestyle I realized that it’s not about being perfect; it’s about being the best you can both mentally and physically. When I found the way to live a balanced life is when I decided to help women like you do the same.
Training and coaching women to create life-long changes in their body and mind is what WE LOVE TO DO! When we launched the BII30 program was out of necessity to bring systematic nutrition, training and supplementation to the everyday woman. The Burn It In 30 Weight Loss program provides all the tools to get the results you want and establish a foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.
