Laura Sepulveda-Stoll is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed in Texas. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics in 2008, and Master’s degree in Nutrition in 2014 from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. After completing her dietetic internship in 2013, she began work as a clinical dietitian in an acute-care setting; she continues to provide nutrition support to the hospitalized patients. Laura also counsels’ patients on topics including diabetes, weight management, meal planning, sports nutrition, kidney disease, heart disease, digestive and thyroid disorders. Previous experience includes working for the U.S. government’s Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, and at a weight loss clinic, instructing and guiding patients on their specific weight loss goals. As a longtime foodie, Laura’s favorite food are potatoes, enjoys experimenting with recipes and snapping food pictures for her Instagram account like any foodie would! Her ultimate career goal is to continue educating families about the importance of maternal and early childhood nutrition.
