Upon completion of her degree, Tiffany worked for the non-profit organization Meals on Wheels in San Antonio, Texas, where she planned the menu and conducted nutrition analysis for the meals served to over 3,800 homebound seniors daily. While at the organization, she also counseled clients, worked with kitchen staff and food vendors, maintained the site’s blog, conducted surveys, and mentored student interns.
In 2016 she started her own business as a consultant dietitian with a focus on healthy living, nutritious meal plans for clients, menu planning and nutrition analysis for non-profit organizations, general nutrition education, and nutrition during recovery from substance use disorders.
